Little Finds is a Kuwait-based marketplace for pre-loved baby and toddler goods. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use our website and mobile app, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account details — name, email, phone number, and profile photo when you sign up.
- Listings & transactions — items you list, prices, photos, and orders you place or fulfil.
- Delivery details — address and contact phone you provide for pickup and drop-off.
- Device & usage — pages viewed, taps, referring page, device type, and approximate location derived from your IP address, collected via Google Analytics.
How we use your information
- Operating the marketplace and processing orders.
- Coordinating pickup and delivery with our drivers.
- Verifying listings and preventing fraud or counterfeit items.
- Sending transactional emails (order confirmations, password resets, dispute updates).
- Improving the product through aggregated, non-identifying analytics.
Sharing your information
We don't sell your personal data. We share what's strictly necessary with: (a) the other party in a transaction (e.g. a buyer's first name and drop-off area is shared with the seller), (b) our delivery drivers, (c) payment processors when checkout is enabled, and (d) service providers we use to run the platform (hosting, analytics, email delivery), each bound by confidentiality.
Data retention
Account data is kept while your account is active and for up to 24 months after deletion to handle disputes, tax records, and legal obligations. You can request earlier deletion at any time.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion of your account, or a copy of the data you've provided. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.
Children
The platform is intended for adults purchasing on behalf of children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we'll delete it.

Security
