1. About Little Finds
Little Finds is a marketplace for buying and selling pre-loved children's items. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old to buy or sell.
3. Listings & selling
Sellers must describe items honestly, including condition and any defects. Listings may be reviewed and removed if they breach our guidelines. Prohibited items include recalled products, counterfeit goods, and anything unsafe for children.
4. Purchases & payments
Payments are processed securely through the app. Prices are set by sellers. Once an order is confirmed, the seller is expected to hand over the item as described. Payouts to sellers are made to the payout details saved in their account.
5. Fees
Little Finds charges a service fee on completed sales. Any applicable fees are shown before you confirm a listing or purchase.
6. Privacy
Your phone number and payout details are never shown publicly. Buyers and sellers remain anonymous to each other. We process your data to operate the marketplace.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use the platform for fraudulent activity, harassment, or to circumvent payments outside the app. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we publish a new version, you'll be asked to review and accept it from your Account page.
